For fully credentialed mariners, applying for a maritime job at Central Marine Logistics is a straightforward process.  Please download our application and email it, along with photos of your credentials to hr@centralmarine.us.

If you are new to the industry and would like to start the journey towards becoming a Merchant Mariner, we’ve provided some guidance below of the steps you’ll need to take.

  1. Obtain a Valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) Card
  2. Obtain a Valid Merchant Mariners Credential issued by the US Coast Guard
    • Current USCG physical examination
    • Current USCG Drug Screen in accordance with NIDA standards
  3. Provide Proof of US citizenship
  4. After obtaining your TWIC and MMC, apply for entry-level position using the instructions above for fully credentialed mariners.
